
Used this iron flat-wok which I brought from India to mix my greens. Got some spring mix on it, drizzled a little avocado oil, crushed fresh black pepper, sprinkled lots of Parmesan cheese, added some herb-ed croutons for their crunch and viola- fantastic greens were ready to eat!
For Tuna Salad- I modified the usual recipe to make it more zesty with finely cut green peppers! So a can of flaked Tuna fish (all water pressed out), a big dollop of mayonnaise, finely chopped onions and green peppers- all mixed together made up a great Tuna Salad topping.
Healthy proteins with greens- yummy! :-)
