This is probably the easiest, healthiest salad to make! Chop up some tomatoes and fresh basil. Lots of freshly ground black pepper, crumpled feta and flax seed oil for dressing complete the ensemble. Mix well- tomato juice and flax seed oil with fresh essence from basil and feta- make for fresh tasting dressing. Very yummy and really healthy.
