Here is a fantastically nutritious one dish meal- full of super foods and healthy herbs- with edamame beans, tomatoes, sweet red peppers, herb mix (including turmeric, asafoetida, cumin seeds etc.), a good measure of garlic (flakes and olive oil soaked) some dried red chillies, green spring onions- all topped with well marinated (lemon pepper) Rainbow Trout. Yummmmm...
