The best aspect of this salad is, it tastes great warm or cold. It also does not get soggy- so is a perfect Lunch accompaniment! :-)
Amazing ancient grain Khus Khus! We all know it's amazing health benefits. Supplement it's nutritional value with finely chopped green bell peppers, sweet red peppers and onions. Also substitute flax seed oil for olive oil for that healthy dose of Omega-3s and nutty taste. Finally, garnish with finely chopped fresh basil and freshly ground black pepper.
