Time for some super-foods salad: Tomato andAvocado saladChop up couple of tomatoes and one largeavocado into large vertical pieces. The drizzlesome sweetish hot sauce (like thepomegranate ones available in the storemixed with some regular hot sauce) and juiceof half a lemon. Then sprinkle some driedparsley and sea salt. Voila- your salad is readymade from fresh super food ingredients. :-)
