Heat some olive oil in the pan. Add just a pinch of powdered mustard. As it starts to release aroma, add fresh or frozen peas. Sprinkle some curry powder, dried parsley flakes and grind a little fresh black pepper (to taste). Add smoked oysters, mix well and cook for a few minutes (till peas are cooked but not too soft or soggy). Add sea salt to taste and your comforting, hearty and healthy salad is ready to eat. Serve hot with wholegrain garlic toast for an almost complete meal! :-)
