Harissa sauce, is a spicy sauce used in North African cooking, particularly in Algeria, Libya, Morocco and also Tunisia. It is a favorite condiment found not only in North African kitchens but also in England, France and other European countries. It is of course made with hot peppers (dried chilies) and other spices such as caraway seeds, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, garlic cloves and olive oil.
